1.Bed Waiting Process

 

2. Hospitalization Procedures for Outpatients:

2-1.If there are no available beds at the moment or if there are no beds of the desired type for admission, please leave your contact number. When beds of the desired type becomes available, you will be notified by phone to come in for admission procedures by the service counter. After receiving the phone notification, please arrive at the hospital for admission within two hours. If you are unable to check in within two hours, the hospital will notify the next patient waiting for admission, and your original admission order will be postponed.
2-2.Outpatients with a reservation for Hospitalization: Please come to the hospital for admission procedures before 2:00 PM on the day of your scheduled hospitalization.
2-3.For outpatients on the same day or outpatients with a reservation for hospitalization, if you are unable to check in for admission before 8:00 PM on the same day after being notified by the hospital by phone, the reserved bed will be given priority to emergency room patients waiting for admission.

 

3.During the waiting period for a bed, if there are any changes or questions, you can call the Service Counter on the ground floor during office hours from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

4.Location for Completing Admission Procedures:

1.Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM: Please visit Window 3 at the Service Counter on the ground floor to obtain a queue number and complete the admission procedures.
2.After 10:00 PM, on Saturday after 4:00 PM, and all day on Sunday: Please proceed to the ground floor Emergency Room service counter for admission procedures.
